The UK High Court denied Vijay Mallya permission to appeal against his extradition order to India, marking the further dwindling of his legal options. While refusing the application, Justice William Davis gave Mallya a five-day period to apply for oral consideration. However, there will be no further legal recourse available in terms of the appeal process if this is also rejected, experts said.
